1. Just Power Off the Computer
In most cases, if the error is not going away for a while, the best thing you can do is just switching off the computer using the power button. 2. Disable Fast Startup

So, just disabling the Fast Startup feature may help to solve the issue. To Disable Fast startup in Windows, follow these steps.
- Go to Control Panel.
- Change the View By to Large Icons on the top right corner.
- Click on the Power Options.
- On the left sidebar, click Choose what the power buttons do.
- Click on the Change settings that are currently unavailable option.
- Now just uncheck the box saying Turn on fast startup (recommended).
- Then Save Changes.
Your computer will now use the normal shutdown process which might resolve the issue you are facing
3. Refresh your PC
So, this is a bit time-taking process. Windows comes with a feature that allows you to repair your OS without affecting your files. Keep in mind that, Refreshing and Resetting or Restoring are different terms. Resetting or Restoring your PC will affect some of your files or programs while Refreshing just repairs the content of your OS.
So, if nothing else works, you may try refreshing your computer. This should only be done if the error keeps happening again and again. If it does, the problem might be some of the corrupted Windows files. A system Refresh might resolve the issue.
