iPhone 8 Rumor Roundup: 3D camera Sensors With Augmented Reality Capability And Much More

The iPhone 8 is expected to release on September 8, 2017. According to latest rumors, the iPhone 8 will likely offer a 3D camera alongside FHD display. The launch will depend upon the supply of 3D sensors. You can expect a slight delay in the iPhone 8 because the sensors are difficult to manufacture.

According to a post on Weibo, the camera integrated with the iPhone will be the main highlight and will bear advanced features such as augmented reality and 3D support. Moreover, the antennas appear on the four corners of the handset. You can expect the same antenna as in the iPhone 4 and 4S. Interestingly, iPhone 4 also shipped with a glass back.

In a recently published report on Macrumors, the Cupertino-based company is expected to release a 5.8-inch display alongside 4.7-inch iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus. Hence, you can expect both iPhone 8 and iPhone 7s.

Going by the tradition, Apple should release iPhone 7s. However, the company is gearing up to celebrate the 10th anniversary in a grand style by releasing an OLED version of the iPhone 8.

If the rumors are to be believed, the iPhone 8 will be available in various names such as iPhone X, iPhone Pro, and simple iPhone. We expect something different because of the 10th anniversary of iPhone.

According to industry analysts, Apple is touting for a massive redesign as per the feedback offered by the fans. Moreover, the phone is expected to offer an all-glass bezel-less display similar to that of the Galaxy S8.

The upcoming iPhone 8 will not feature a physical home button coupled with a fingerprint sensor integrated into the OLED display. The selfie snapper will ship with an advanced 3D depth-sensing capability. When it comes to the rear camera, the iPhone features dual lens identical to that of the iPhone 7 Plus.

Based on the latest leaks, the metal frame of the iPhone 8 curvature will be similar to that of the Apple Watch. The iPhone 8 will feature a power button, volume rockers, and the SIM card tray. However, the power button will be elongated if the rumors are to be believed. You will find the lightning port on the bottom without any traditional headphone port.
