8. Adobe Ideas
Adobe Ideas is a free app from Adobe, made for iOS. This app is similar to Illustrator and contains multiple brushes, color sliders and layers which you can resize or move, according to your needs. Because Adobe has many apps for graphic design, Adobe Ideas can be synced with other apps like Adobe Kuler, to be able to save your color themes easier. Photo Editor is a free app for Android that comes with some basic features, which are expandable if you wish to pay for extra effects and frame packs. You can now sharpen your photos and do other basic operations like editing color temperature, shadows, contrast, saturation, etc. This app really doesn’t need a special description. If you want a basic photo editor, that is small and free, then Photo Editor will do just fine.
