When talking about keyboards, you can find various types of those products online, and if choosing the right keyboard for you sounds simple, believe me, it isn’t. Many factors come into place, and many features are to be looking for so you need to choose your keyboard wisely. Today, we are going to talk about a great Bluetooth keyboard, that also has a multi-device support, and as you can see, we already mentioned two important features there. Logitech K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard is one of the best Bluetooth keyboards I’ve ever used. It’s looking and feeling nice to use, and it’s very cheap. To find out more about it, read our complete review below.
Logitech K380 Design
We’ll start from the design, as we always do. And oh boy! I have to talk so much about it. Generally, it looks fantastic, measuring just about 11 x 5 inches in dimensions, which is really compact. When you first look at the keyboard, you’ll think of an old typewriter, and I don’t blame you! That was my initial reaction when I got this piece of art in my office. Boasting a very original design with nicely curved edges and oval keys, K380 is surely a fine piece of a keyboard to have in your office or living room for everyday use.
Another great thing about this keyboard is its weight. I previously reviewed another Logitech Wireless Keyboard, and it was very heavy, with around 960g in weight and this one is around 423g, which is light as a feather! You’ll surely be comfortable carrying it around in your hand(s) but still, fitting it into a bag wouldn’t be that smooth, unless you have a bigger bag. It comes in a dark blue color, with a nice matte finish to prevent it sliding from your arms, if you are carrying it and your palms are sweaty.
Generally, I’m very impressed by the design of this keyboard. Size-wise, the things could be done a little better, especially when talking about keys, which we’ll talk more about in the next sub-section.
Logitech K380 Keys
No, not the car keys, but keyboard keys! I must admit that I like the concept behind this type of oval, concave keys, but in this case, they could be bigger. Let’s make it clear, I have relatively small hands and even had some problems in typing, let alone somebody with bigger hands; they’ll surely have a hard time getting used. The keys, however, feel very responsive and satisfying to press. As the keys are relatively shallow, you can hear a satisfying happy sound, unlike a heavy ‘clack’ sound that you’ll get on more robust keyboards.
Now, about keys’ functions. There are two main concerns here which may prevent you from buying this keyboard, and that’s lack of Num-pad and caps lock indicator. Again, Logitech repeated the same mistake from previous keyboards and decided not to introduce at least a caps lock indicator. I mean, not that there is a place for it here, but they could’ve extended a keyboard few millimeters to add it. As there is an absence of Num-pad, Num Lock button is also excluded, along with Pause/Break, which is a pity.

The ‘F’ keys are here, and they are assigned to functions like volume rocker, home, copy, paste, return, forward, backward etc. For example, F1, F2, and F3 are Bluetooth hotkeys, F4 is a home key and so on. As the keyboard is relatively small, my recommendation is to use it mostly for typing while you’re on the move or for a quick chatting while you are on your sofa. So, to make it simple, keys are responsive and feels great on pressure, but the lack of certain keys and their size didn’t make me that happy.
Logitech K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard Features
As a Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard, Logitech K380 has many features to offer. Aside from the great design, beautiful looking keys and its Bluetooth connectivity, this keyboard will offer you a great experience when connected to various devices, of which 3 are supported. The more detailed list of features is below:
Great design
Although K380 is made out of matte-finished plastic, it looks and feels very well. It doesn’t bend, doesn’t crack and squeak when clenched and overall build quality is on par with the price range.
Keys feel nice, and look nice
Keys on this keyboard are a sight to be seen. Those are beautiful-looking oval, concave keys that feel satisfying to press and respond very well when pressed. However, I was let down by the keys’ count, and with some of them being excluded, most notably Num-pad, which I use very often.
Great Bluetooth connection
Bluetooth works great here, and it’s interesting to see a Bluetooth keyboard amongst Wireless keyboards which are generally more expensive, depending on the model. However, you’ll need to remember to which button you assigned a particular device. So your laptop could be F1, smartphone F2, and tablet F3. If you remember this, you won’t have a tough time figuring it out.

Multi-Device support
As its name says, K380 supports multiple devices and if the number three doesn’t sound well to you, then I don’t know. It’s probably enough to cover all of the keyboard-eligible devices in your home.
Cheap price
Now I’m going to surprise you, but this keyboard costs $24.99, but it sure as hell looks and feels like a much more expensive keyboard.
Great battery life
Logitech K380 comes with a great utilization of battery life, so if you buy a better AAA batteries, you could get around 2 years of lifespan.
Verdict
If you are a fan of wireless keyboards, like me, and want a cheap solution for your office or home, the Logitech K380 is the right choice. It’s a beautiful keyboard with nice-looking keys and color, let down by some major limitations like lack of Num-pad and caps lock indicator. For those who are okay with that, you can buy yourself this nice keyboard for your job or home, which can even be a great decoration for your desk and workplace.
