Samsung is working on a foldable tablet too according to patent

Samsung Galaxy F foldable tablet

Samsung is said to be working on a foldable tablet as well as per the patent application. This foldable tablet may be launched along with the foldable smartphone by the company. Talking about the foldable smartphone from Samsung, it is no secret to the world. Even Samsung has started teasing regarding their foldable smartphone.

This smartphone will most likely be launched as the first smartphone in the Galaxy F series. That being said, a foldable tablet is certainly amusing and Samsung could just pull this out of the bag.

Now, it is already known that Samsung has released their flagship smartphones for this year. At the beginning of this year, the company released its Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus handsets. Later, the Galaxy Note 9 was released by the company as a phablet device.

However, the company has more devices in the offing this year. Moreover, it is worth noting that neither the Galaxy S9 series nor the Note 9 series has notched display. Also, Samsung has publicly mocked OEMs like Apple and Google who have come up with a notch on their latest smartphones.

Now, it is not all wonders with the foldable displays as well. It is possible that we might see the return of bezels with the advent of foldable smartphones. This is because there are two bezels on the top and bottom of Samsung’s foldable smartphone and tablet. This is for placing the hands outside of the display and for folding it termed as grips.

All in all, it will be interesting to see the launch of the Galaxy F series from Samsung. Other than that, it will also be fascinating to see the customer response on this newer technology. If this technology is accepted by customers then we may see it launched in next year’s flagship smartphones as well.
