ASUS ZenFone 5 and ZenFone 5Z are two excellent smartphones, among the best respectively of mid-range and high of this 2018. Nevertheless, the general the public has not been fascinated to the point of crowning them as true bestsellers, crushed by a more fierce competition that never. Among the causes of a half, success could be a design too inspired by that of the iPhone X, denoting a lack of personality that was not at all a genius. No wonder ASUS is at work to change something in view of the future ASUS ZenFone 6 and these prototypes appeared on the net show us some possible solutions. Keep the strong though.
The first prototype that you find in the gallery is clearly inspired by the trends of this final part of 2018, with a nice and discreet drop notch and a back in which there are three cameras arranged vertically, Huawei P20 Pro style. So far nothing extravagant, but wait to see the other prototypes.
The following also incorporates a drop notch, although a little ‘more pronounced in size, but especially decentralized on the right, proposing an asymmetric design quite difficult to digest because it would be difficult to grasp the practical sense of this choice. This time at the rear (together with a writing that shows the impermeability of the device) we find instead only two cameras arranged vertically: that ASUS ZenFone 6 is thinking of adopting this bizarre solution for the medium range variant of ZenFone 6?
Finally, we arrive at the third prototype, if possible even more bizarre. The notch, in this case, would not only be an island, that is independent of the upper frame but also decentralized to the left, also returning this time an asymmetric taste difficult to understand. This solution, in particular, seems to be the least plausible of the three, but we will report it in any case for completeness. The back, in this case, is very poorly finished and houses a double vertical camera, centered in the body. Which of these prototypes will you less like more?
