Apple releases a new version of iOS every year. However, that does not mean that Apple does not release new software updates followed after it. Last year, we saw Apple announce its iOS 12 which is the latest version of iOS at the moment. However, there have been many updates to iOS 12 since then. We have now come up to iOS 12.3 and iOS 13 is just around the corner. But it will take some time for iOS 13 to be released publicly.
Until then, we will have to make do with the latest version of iOS 12. Apple just announced yesterday that iOS 12.3 public beta 4 is available to download. This means that iOS 12.3 should also be released very soon. As always, it is not advisable for everyone to download beta versions of any software. As there might be some major bugs involved in the software.
Talking about the changes in iOS 12.3 beta 4, we see that the Apple TVapp has now been updated. Along with that, the app has received a new UI. Also, Apple has included a new algorithm-based curator in Apple TV which will give you suggestions on which TV shows you should see next. This will be based on user’s interests as well as search history.
This new version of Apple TV app also allows users to subscribe to individual TV channels under the Watch Now section. However, this is everything that has been known to be new on this version of iOS so far. We will let you know if we find more details included in this version of iOS.
Interestingly, Apple claims that iOS 12.3 public beta 4 is stable enough to use for “average joe” user. So it is likely that there won’t be any major bugs in this version. But we still recommend you to wait for stable update given that you are not eager to try out the new Apple TV app.
