Apple will reportedly launch an affordable iPhone in March 2020

Apple will reportedly launch an affordable iPhone in March 2020

When we are talking about a company such as Apple, we know that affordability goes out of the question. This is because Apple has done years of research and they know how to make a great smartphone which means the prices will be higher as well.

However, it is also a fact that more than a decade later, Apple still has to make sure that it does not lose grip of the market even though it has now become a billion-dollar company.

Last year, we saw glimpses of that with the launch of an Apple iPhone 11 which is the most affordable iPhone from the company is last few years and even cheaper than the iPhone XR. Now, it is interesting to note that Apple plans to launch an even affordable iPhone which will reportedly be called the iPhone 9.

As you might have realized, Apple released the iPhone 8 series and switched to the iPhone X for its anniversary edition.

While we are not sure if the iPhone 9 was planned to fill this gap, we now have reports suggesting that the iPhone 9 will become the cheapest iPhone so far and it will reportedly launch very soon. As per the reports, the iPhone 9 could launch by March of this year which is when Apple releases its affordable iPad as it did last year too.

Talking about the iPhone 9, it is said that even though the smartphone will be affordable but it will be powerful as well. For example, you will have an A13 Bionic chip inside the device which is what the iPhone 11 series is also powered by.

As for the price, the device is expected to launch at just $399 which is quite inexpensive and should bring a lot of sales for Apple. However, the reason behind this affordability is recycling since the iPhone 9 is expected to have the same chassis as iPhone 8 and the processors will also be from the iPhone 11.
