Asus Zenfone Go TV which is coming with the built-in Sony IC (SMT-EW100) digital TV tuner launched in Taiwan. The smartphone users can watch the live TV streaming of free to view digital terrestrial channels without internet connection. It was a dream for such a smartphone that doesn’t consume valuable internet data for watching favorite TV shows and programs. Asus made it true with their Zenfone Go TV smartphone. The home country welcomed the device with both hands.
As many other Asus smartphones, the device is coming with the Corning Gorilla glass protection. 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display outputting nice visuals from the smartphone. The device is running on the customized ZenUI 2.0 based on the Android 5.1 lollipop OS. No worries about the bugs as they recently released the fix for all.
Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 400 MSM8928 quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz at the heart of the smartphone. Adreno 305 GPU enhancing the graphic capabilities of the Zenfone Go TV. 2GB RAM alongside the 16GB ROM is enough for the entry level performance of the smartphone. There is also a 32GB variant available. If you still wanted more, you can upgrade the storage upto 64GB via micro SD card.
The battery of the smartphone can standby upto 368 hours with the 3010mAh power. That looks enough for holding the device all the day. 13.0 MP shooter is there on the backside of the smartphone which opposing the 5.0 MP one on the front. Dual sim cards are both powered by the 4G LTE technology. In the connectivity section, there is all other solutions like Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, 2G, etc…

It costs around $169 for the 16GB variant. There is no more information regarding the availability of the smartphone is out. We may expect more releases from Asus in coming days.
