Huawei upgrades its wearables lineup with the Watch GT Active and Watch GT Elegant

Huawei just finished its press event in Paris yesterday. The main highlight of this event was the Huawei P30 series. The company launched its latest P series smartphones, the P30 and P30 Pro. However, the company has more products waiting to be announced as well. This products are from the wearables lineup from Huawei. As a part of this lineup, the company launched its latest Huawei Watch GT wearable smartwatches.

As far as the Huawei Watch GT lineup is concerned, we saw the company announce Watch GT Active and the Watch GT Elegant. As far as the Watch GT Active’s price is concerned, it costs 249 euros whereas the Watch GT Elegant is slightly cheaper at 229 euros. This clearly indicates that the Watch GT Active is slightly better version of the Watch GT series from Huawei.

However, the only difference between Watch GT Active and Elegant is in its size. The Watch GT Active has a 46mm size whereas the Watch GT Elegant has a 42mm one. Both smart wearables have a 1.39-inch and 1.2-inch AMOLED display respectively. However, no other details regarding the Huawei Watch GT series have been shared by the company yet.

Along with the devices mentioned above, Huawei also launched its pair of truly wireless earbuds as well as wireless earphones. The pair of truly wireless earbuds by Huawei are the Freebuds Lite. The wireless earphones from Huawei are the Freebuds Wireless earphones. Interestingly, Huawei also announced its smart glasses at the event.

As far as the Huawei smart glass are concerned, details about them are extremely scarce. Huawei has only revealed that the smart glasses are made by Gentle Monster, a Korean brand. Also, Huawei’s smart glasses don’t event have a name as well at the moment. Only details about them are that they have IP67 water and dust resistance, USB Type-C port, and pack a 2200mAh battery.
