It is that time of the year when we see a lot of leaks floating around the internet regarding upcoming smartphones from different companies. One of the companies that will start of this year with its flagship smartphone announcement will be Samsung.
At this point, we know that the next Samsung Galaxy phones will be named as Galaxy S20 series. They are expected to come with a Galaxy S20, S20+ and the S20 Ultra. The Ultra variant in Samsung’s Galaxy lineup will be the best they have ever released with a 108MP primary camera.
However, we know that Huawei’s P series will also be announced at the same time and we just had our first leak of Huawei P40 yesterday. Now, the Huawei P40 Pro has also leaked which will be the top flagship from the company in early 2020.
Later, we will see the Mate 30 Pro but right now this will be the best phone Huawei has ever produced. With the Huawei P40, we saw that the device will come with a dual hole-punch setup and a triple camera setup at the back.
Now, we predicted as well that the Huawei P40 Pro will definitely have more cameras at the back and that is exactly what has happened. The Huawei P40 Pro will have five cameras at the back similar to Galaxy S20 Ultra. And just like the majority of smartphones this year, it will also have a rectangular camera setup.
One interesting change, however, is that we are most likely to see the trend of gradient back panels going away as Huawei is said to be having a ceramic body for its P40 Pro. Since the device will have ceramic rather than glass, it will be heavier since the substance is heavier than glass but it will definitely look much more premium and add durability to the device as opposed to a glass.
