Nintendo publicized a new limited-version of Pokemon Let’s Go Switch. The Switch console comes with the combination of Pikachu & Eevee edition. It embellishes entire Switch, from Joy-Cons to the docking, in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu-Eevee. We can see this new version console on November 16 and costs nearly $400.
The package includes a yellow Joy-Con and a brown, which matches the colors of character titles. The back of the Switch display is embellished with character silhouettes and Poke-Balls. Even the pier has color images of Pikachu and Eevee.
A pre-installed copy of the game and the Poke Ball Plus accessory are also included. The game is mostly inspired by Yellow Pokémon, but borrows some aspects of the popular Pokemon Go mobile game. In fact, you can even transfer Pokemon from Go to the next Switch game. Let’s Go also brings Mega Evolutions. Interestingly, it seems that Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu / Eevee will not support Cloud backups
Poke Ball Plus is basically a non-standard Joy-Con for the Switch. It’s a spherical device with a wrist strap on one side and an analog stick on the other. It has motion sensors, so you can “throw” it to catch Pokemon. It also vibrates, lights up, and emits sound effects. You can even “store” Pokemon in it, which will result in in-game rewards for your creatures. In addition to working with the Switch, it can also replace the Pokemon Go Plus accessory for Pokemon Go.
