OnePlus has been teasing the launch of its latest smartphone which is officially named as the OnePlus 7T. Now, the smartphone has been launched in the Indian markets and it is priced starting at Rs. 37,999. With the OnePlus 7T, OnePlus has bumped up the base RAM on its device with an option of 8GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB internal storage.
Also, we are pleased to say that OnePlus has brought the 90Hz refresh rate from its OnePlus 7 Pro to the OnePlus 7T. OnePlus also revealed that all their future phones will have a 90Hz display. However, that is not to say that we will not see an even higher refresh rate like 120Hz on future models.
Talking about the specifications on OnePlus 7T, we get a 6.6-inch AMOLED display which has a Full HD+ resolution and comes with a smaller notch than the OnePlus 7. Apart from that, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 855+ processor along with 8GB RAM as mentioned above. As for the storage, the OnePlus 7T retains its UFS 3.0 storage from the OnePlus 7 series which is faster compared to UFS 2.1 found on most of the devices.
As far as the cameras go, we now have an ultra-wide camera on the OnePlus 7T. This makes the smartphone have a triple rear camera setup which is housed in a weird-looking circular module. The circular module also gives you vibes of a Motorola phone from the past or even the Lumia devices from Microsoft. However, OnePlus does have its touches on the design such as the alert slider, logo and the shiny blue colour.
You also get a faster Warp Charge 30T on the OnePlus 7T which is 23% faster than OnePlus 7 Pro’s Warp Charge 30. This means that the charging speed is a significant upgrade from OnePlus 7. As for the price, OnePlus 7T starts at Rs. 37,999 in India for the base variant while 8/256GB variant of OnePlus 7T will be available at Rs. 39,999
