The customers were quite frustrated because of the pre-orders of Xbox X and S

Xbox Series X

The pre-orders for Xbox series X and S have been breaking all of the records. The concerned authorities of Microsoft have said they are witnessing record-breaking demands for their series. There are scattered pre-orders everywhere. More models will be available from November 10th. As of now, the pre-orders have been exhausted because of the ever-increasing demand. The pre-orders for both of the series went ahead on Tuesday. Although, some of the places witnessed no pre-orders as promised. Many of the customers were told that the orders were sold out and Amazon also went out of stock. The retailing websites are also not adequate to deal with the heavy demand of the models. The websites were also not able to handle the crowd very efficiently.

Amazon and Best Buy had no pre-orders available at 8:00 AM. People were stuck refreshing the pages of the retailing websites. Although, Walmart, Target and the Xbox store had the orders available correct at 8:00 AM. The customers were not sure if they would get their orders or not. The situation was the same as the launch week of PS5. This procedure had people getting very frustrated on the retailing websites such as Amazon and Best Buy. The customers are also worried that their order can get cancelled due to the heavy demand. People are speculating that many of the orders can get lost on the launch day.

However, the situation of PS5 by Sony was quite worse than the Xbox series. In the case of PS5, people were not aware of the real procedure of how the console will go up for sale. Sony apologized afterwards regarding the situation. Customers will gladly be forgetting each and every procedure related to the orders when they will get the games at their hands. However, those who will not get the orders will be very disappointed in the company.
