Xiaomi Is Ready To Release High-end Flagships At $300 Price Tag

Xiaomi smartphones 2018

In mid-September, Xiaomi will have a new product launch, not MIX 3, but the meaning is no less than the former. This manufacturer that defines ” ¥1999″ is likely to play the 1999 trump card in the Xiaomi 8 series. Also, it might be an actual price of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship killers. From the report given by weibo user, it is said that Xiaomi is repeating its strategy of ¥1999 series smartphones which nearly costs $299.

From the past couple of years, Xiaomi never released any flagship product at ¥ 1999. This is because of the sudden increase in materials cost. Still, we didn’t have any info about what devices does Xiaomi planning, but it seems to be a high end smartphone.

There are such rumors spread on releasing POCO F1 at a lower price of 1999 yuan. If it happens, no doubt that Xiaomi will break its own record of selling 68,000 units in 5 minutes.

Apart from features, we already know that POCO F1 powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, with liquid cooling, up to 8GB + 256GB storage combination, battery 4000 mAh, support QC 3.0 fast charge, support India’s 4G + network, running Android 8.1 customized MIUI 9.6. For the camera, the POCO F1 rear dual camera is 12 million pixels + 5 million pixels, the unit pixel size is 1.4μm. And the front camera is 20 million pixels, supports Super Pixel camera technology, and also supports infrared face unlocking.

Of course, it is still impossible to determine the authenticity of this news, but it is not difficult for Xiaomi to launch the POCO F1. Let us see how Xiaomi surprises its fans on mid-September event.
