Xiaomi is known for many other products apart from its smartphones. Out of those other products, Mi Notebook lineup is one of its most popular ones. This is basically the MacBook competitor from Xiaomi but with Windows. Earlier, Xiaomi even released a laptop named Mi Notebook Air which looked very similar to the Apple Macbook Air. We now have a new product in the Mi Notebook lineup from Xiaomi. And it is the Mi Notebook Pro 2019 variant from the company.
Talking about the Mi Notebook Air 2019, it comes with a 15.6-inch display. Also, the display is a Full HD+ one with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The laptop has thin bezels on all the four sides which gives it a modern look. It also goes with the trend of bezelless trend even in laptops as seen on Dell XPS and Huawei Matebook series.
The specifications of Mi Notebook Pro 2019 are also standard as it comes with Windows 10, obviously. The processor on the base variant of Mi Notebook Pro 2019 is an 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor. The device has DDR4 RAM inside it which supports up to 32GB RAM expansion. You get SSD storage inside the device with options for 256GB and 512GB storage variants.
Xiaomi has also unveiled a maxed out version of 12GB RAM and 1TB SSD for this laptop. However, we do not know anything about the price of that variant. On this laptop, you have the Mi logo etched in the bottom bezel as well. Apart from that, this laptop is just 19.9 mm thick which is considerably thick compared to 15.6 mm thickness of the latest MacBook Air.
In terms of Mi Notebook Pro’s price, the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs RMB 4299 in China. And it equates to a price of Rs. 44,000 in India. On the other hand, its 512GB storage version comes at RMB 4899 which is about Rs. 50,000 in India.
