Xiaomi has been releasing a lot of smartphones and we all know about the company’s strategy from the last few years. However, we have mostly seen smartphones from Xiaomi in its Redmi series which is now also a sub-brand. But we should also remember that there is a Mi series run by Xiaomi as well. Recently, the Xiaomi Mi 9T was launched globally which is the flagship phone in Mi series for this year. Though, we are now getting reports that the company is looking to bring back an old series of Mi Note smartphones. We are talking about the Mi Note series and it is said that the latest smartphone in Mi Note, the Mi Note 10, will be released very soon.
Talking about the Mi Note 10, the report mentions that it will be released as soon as by the end of October. Now, we don’t know why Xiaomi has thought of bringing back the Mi Note series but we believe that the reason could be because of the popularity of Samsung’s Galaxy Note series. However, we are not sure what the device will have inside or outside because nothing has been known as of now. At the moment, we only know that the Mi Note 10 is definitely coming so you should expect a big screen device from the company.
Apart from that, Xiaomi released its first beta of MIUI 11 which is latest version of Xiaomi’s custom skin for Android based on Android 10. Now, the interesting part about this new beta is that we have an option to set display refresh rate between 60 Hz and 120 Hz. But there is no smartphone in Xiaomi’s lineup at the moment with a display having refresh rate higher than 60Hz. So it is expected that the company might come up with a 120Hz refresh rate display very soon. It might be seen on a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 but we are not sure about that.
