Android is one such poor privacy system, where there is less chance for keeping our data, behaviors and confidential documents secure. Some of the privacy leakages are due to the internet connectivity which transmits our identity. The easy way to secure the Internet connectivity is using VPN. You may already know more about VPN. It is also useful in unblocking the blocked sites based on Location or IP address.
There are many VPN apps available in Google Play store. VPN Master is one of the VPN which gives limited free service with upgrade options. It has limited features like many other free VPN apps. But, more than 5 million installs make sure VPN Master is worth a try. Here is our quick VPN Master Review.
Features of VPN Master
First of all, the app doesn’t ask Email or force to register to use the app. They also advertised this in their Play store page. But in Android, the app can easily read Google account connected with the device as well as the device ID. Though you won’t be asked for Email is little relief.
We are given with data limit for usage. But, it is advertised as no Bandwidth limit. The extra data usage can be bought or you can get them by accepting one of the offers they provide.
It has various server locations to choose from. Fastest servers are blocked as VIP location servers. You need to pay for them to use.
The Proxy service is working great and very fast in connecting too. We didn’t experience any lagging in connectivity. We tested the location change and unblocking of websites. You can protect your Phone while using Public WiFi using this app. VPN is connected using OpenVPN protocol. OpenVPN is reliable in Industry which is good at speed and security. Overall, We are satisfied with the VPN service.
All the apps we need to use are placed inside this app, like Chrome, Facebook, Play Store, Messengers etc. But, one Cons noticed is the Non-availability of BitTorrent apps. Also, VPN Master mentioned that usage of BitTorrent or other P2P services would lead to blocking the VPN account. This makes the app unusable for Torrent users.
Conclusion
VPN Master is a good app and connecting to all the blocked services and websites easily. But, lot of features are limited. Buying a VIP package will make this app unlimited. Buy only after you are satisfied with their free service.
