Hi, my 2nd post about this Kingzone N5. After sending it back to China, I got another one. Took 5 months before it came back. Ok, now one month later, the Phone does not start up. Just displays Kingzone on the screen but no start up. Something I can do ? Or ?………
Thanks for your reply 🙂
Try to remove the battery and reinsert it. If it doesn’t work, either consult a service center or send it back for the warranty claim.
Camera stopped working, keeps saying to close other apps that may be using the camera or the flash. Not happy with this phone!
Hi, so I followed the descriptions here above and restarted in safe mode. Nothing happened and everything was the same. So I put the settings back to where I got the Phone. But everything is the same. The only difference is that instead of restarting , it turns off. So I have to restart myself. Pfff….
Happy I found you with this review. I bought a Kingzone N5. Every half hour the phone restarts itself. And every time I have to put my pin code or no one can reach me. Battery life is very short. Making a phone call of 15 min. And battery is from 90 % to 30 %. I think this is not normal. Do you have any suggestions ? Especially about it’s restarting up ?
Try restarting the Smartphone in Safe mode. For further reference on safe mode, read this article http://thetechhacker.com/2015/12/19/what-is-safe-mode-for-android-and-how-to-turn-it-on-and-off/
