iPhone X Exploits After Installing iOS 12.1, Apple is Already Investigating

Apple iphone x explodes on update

Imagine the situation, your iPhone X notifies you that you have an iOS software update and decide to install it, however, your device does not have enough battery so you connect it to the network, but instead of updating it starts to smoke until exploits.

This is a true story that happened to a user of an iPhone X. Rahel Mohamad, who lives in the city of Federal Way, Washington, in the US has said that his iPhone X, with just 10 months of life, has exploded at home.

An iPhone X Comes Out Burning While It Is Updated

Of course, it is not something normal or extended, so be calm. According to Rahel Mohamad, the iPhone got very hot while charging and at the same time downloading the update, until it caught fire.

The user himself was the one who contacted Apple to find an explanation of what happened, in addition, he did it from Twitter by contacting the new Apple Support account. Given the situation, the official account and Apple replied that it is certainly not something expected and to send a message to contact him and investigate what happened.

Mohamad has stated that he was using both the Lightning cable and the official Apple charger. So this time the explosion has nothing to do with cables of dubious reliability. At the moment Apple has not commented anything about it unless they are investigating the event. It is true that during the update process the devices usually get hotter than usual, but in this case, it was exaggerated. We expect Apple to respond.
