- Open Spotify on your computer.
- Click on the playlist you want to save offline.
- Toggle Available Offline button to green at the top of the playlist. While in progress, it will show a circulating animation.
Note: Users will be only able to download playlists that they follow, or have created their self. - To see the download progress, you can look into the left-hand column.
- A green arrow means it’s finished downloading the song for offline view.
- After finishing the download, start listening to your music without the internet by navigating to File > Offline Mode.
Note: Spotify will automatically redirect you to the offline mode once you lost the internet connection. So that, you don’t have to navigate manually each time you access Spotify.

So, tap Download using cellular in your Settings to enable it and overcome the issue.
