You can import Google contacts on iPhone using Gmail. To do this go to Settings app, now go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars option. Here tap on “Add account”, now you will see a list of available email syncing platforms like iCloud, Microsoft Exchange and much more.

Now select Microsoft Exchange option and fill your Gmail details. Here, you may feel uncomfortable while entering Gmail details, because this method don’t fetch automatic Gmail settings and you have to enter manually.

Now enter the below settings to add Gmail account in the iPhone mail app.

Just enter the above settings in the mail account and proceed to next. Here you will see syncing options like Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Reminders. In this step, you have to enable contacts by swiping the option to right.

Now open your contacts app in iPhone, here you will see the Gmail contacts downloaded. If your iPhone still not showing the Gmail contacts, go to Groups at the top left corner of the window and swipe the screen to down to refresh the list.

Note: This tutorial is done on iPhone 6S Plus with iOS version 10.2.
