Shleep App Will Let You Fix Your Bad Sleeping Habits

The most important and basic habit that we should cultivate in our life is a deep sleep. There are basically two ways in which an individual sleeps at night – deep sleep and light sleep. Light Sleep is where you would wake up even at slightest of noise whereas these things don’t affect you when you are in Deep Sleep.

It is said that a person should have at least 4-5 hours of Deep Sleep and 2-3 hours of Light Sleep. Overall, an adult needs to have 6 hours of sleep at night, minimum. However, we are not too bothered on this aspect.

Later, there are consequences of not sleeping enough such as a headache, waking up in a bad mood and neck pain etc. Therefore, we have now found out an app which fixes this bad sleeping habit of ours. This app is called Shleep and lets you sleep peacefully.

Shleep app will eliminate the use of sleeping pills, supplements, and other such stuff. Thus, saving you precious time and money. The Shleep app available for free on iOS and Android gives you a rundown of all your bad sleeping habits if any.

Thus, you will get to know which are the areas you need to improve on. Such as going to bed on time and staying away from gadgets at night and many other such habits. At first, you would feel that the app is a little too much as it gives you notifications multiple times a day.

These notifications are sent so that the app learns how you slept last night. But, we should highlight the fact that these notifications can be turned off very easily so it shouldn’t be much of a problem. All in all, if the app lets you sleep well and eradicate bad habits of sleeping then there can’t be a better app than this.
