Vivo X Fold S launch is close, specifications and design leaked

The reports are from a very reliable source, Digital Chat Station, which shared the information on Weibo (a Chinese micro-blogging website). In its social media handles the source has announced that the Chinese smartphone brand is deliberately going to release the foldable phone first in China. However, the exact release date is still not confirmed by any source. It is believed that the Vivo X Fold will come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, which is in line with our earlier announcement.

Inside the foldable smartphone, a huge 4,700 mAh battery is going to power the device which also supports a whopping 80W fast charging also. These battery specs are also larger than the previous X Folds model which is a 4,600mAh battery.

Similarly, the upcoming Vivo X Fold S will seemingly feature a back panel design that is similar to the previously launched X Fold. The device will reportedly also support an 8.03-inch primary AMOLED display that has a 120Hz refresh rate as well.

The second panel will apparently be a 6.53-inch AMOLED panel, which also has a Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Reports say the device will feature a quad-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 48MP ultrawide angle camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP periscope camera. It will have a 16MP front camera.
