Google is always renewing its applications. This time, it is the turn of Google Fit, one of the most popular apps of the American firm that is now receiving an important update that adds several breathing exercises in its collection.
This update also adds two new and very functional widgets, so you do not have to open the app and have the information they offer. The first one shows the octagonal Fit indicator for the Heart points and the minutes of movement, with the exact count in the center. On the other hand, the second widget provides more dispensable details – but still important – such as steps, calories burned and miles traveled; all in a bar shaped like a pill.
Stay healthy with Google Fit and the new breathing exercises that brings
The breathing exercises that Google has added in this update are, most of all, to relax. These are shown through a guide that explains step by step how to carry them out. So, if you are on a hectic day and/or with a lot of stress, you can try to de-stress at any time with these.
In turn, Google Fit will record your last training, with statistics and points obtained, including a GPS map of the route. By manually registering a workout on the Daily tab, users will have the option to adjust the intensity of the activity. This, in addition, allows a more precise number of Heart Points to be awarded.
Google has stated that this update will be added to the Android application and Wear OS this week and will add more relaxation exercises with new updates. Therefore, the app will be renewed more and more with important improvements that will make your day to day more healthy and pleasant.
