Samsung has not had a great start to this year it seems as the Galaxy S9 was not able to generate massive sales for the company. However, there are reports that Galaxy S9 is the best selling smartphone of this year, we are skeptical about it.
Now, we also know about reports that Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy Note 9 early. This is because of the lower-than-expected sales of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and to gain market ahead of Apple iPhone XI launch. Now, Samsung has got into fresh trouble in China for an older smartphone.
This is related to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which was released a long time ago by Samsung. Recently, a user of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from China had his phone explode dramatically. Now, the reason for this explosion is not yet known in detail but it may be related to the battery.
However, the trouble for Samsung is that the user has filed a lawsuit against the company in court. Also, the user has sued Samsung for 1.6 Million Yuan which is approximately 1.6 crore in INR. It is obvious that the smartphone exploded and is owned by Samsung so the company is in hot waters here.
According to the reports, this explosion happened to a four-year-old girl in China. She has reportedly suffered second-degree burns on her face as well. Now, her father claims that the smartphone was bought last year from a Chinese retailer. The smartphone’s battery was already bulging out and the smartphone exploded when kept in charge.
Now, we would like to intervene here and say that if the battery of any smartphone is already deformed, it means there is some trouble there. So, it was not wise on the part of the girl’s family to let her use that smartphone. Let alone, she plugged it into a charger which made matters worst.
