Android devices support Keyboards, Mice, And Gamepads. You can easily do any kind of work (typing long length emails, messages) on Android phone or Tablet by using Keyboard and mice. Playing games on mobile is fun but sometimes we get irritated due to controllers and game share same space, by connecting gamepad we can easily play games. You can connect peripherals to Android with two types of connections Wired and Wireless.
You can connect these peripherals by connecting a USB peripheral to your device. Android phones and tablets don’t have standard, full-size USB ports, so you can’t plug a USB peripheral directly into it. After connecting USB OTG just plug it your peripheral (keyboard, mice, gamepad) without any configuration.
Note: Not every Android device supports peripherals with a USB OTG cable. Check Google device support guide before buying USB OTG.
You can also connect wirelessly with Bluetooth enabled Wii and PlayStation controllers to your Android. But some apps are needed to work properly. For Wii gamepads app like Wii Controller IME and Sixaxis Controller for PS3 controllers.
